All of us has at some stage idolized a movie star or rock star, you fantasize about being their one and only and living happy ever after. The real question ? What would you do if it actually happened!
In the new read from Annie Seaton it does and it does so with an amazing bang of twists and turns that made this read a page turner through and through.
Megan comes face to face with her rock start idol, or so she thinks. The man of the moment is as close to the idol as it gets , yet he holds a secret that when revealed will shatter the world and Megan's idea of who the real man truly is.
I loved this read, it was fun and exciting. Had the perfect balance of rocking it out and romance found and with the added mystery it made the entire read an absolute delight to read. The author created extremely fantastic characters with very vivid detail and a truly fascinating plot.
I highly recommend this read for fans of music related romance reads, it has been done before but not quite like Annie Seaton does it, a true feast for the senses!

" Rocking through time towards love"

This book took me
right back. Back to the seventies. Picture this.
It’s 1973. I’m ten years old. My parents have rented a cottage by the sea
for our annual family holiday. And in
the next field, there’s a rock festival going on. Did I go?
Of course not, I was way too young.
But I remember music strumming on late into the night. I remember hippies roaming around. Long-haired, some of them wearing granny
glasses. Jeans. T-shirts.
Kaftans (we called them ‘maxies’ back then). I also remember reading articles about David
Bowie, Marc Bolan and Slade in a magazine called ‘It’s Here And Now’. Reading song words and tearing out posters
and pinning them on my bedroom wall.
I read on enthralled
as Megan, the heroine, a girl who wasn’t even born in the seventies attended a
rock festival in 1973. When her rock
star lover looks up from his performance and sees her there, his reaction had
me screeching with laughter over my e reader.
My kids are ready to sign me in to the looney bin. The story just drew me in. The characters of
Megan and Davy Morgan were so real, I could almost hear their voices.
Ever wished you had a
time machine and you could just go back and relive Bowie singing ‘Star
Man’? Now you can. Here’s the book that will take you
there. Oh, I had such a good time
reading this. It was, yeah, fab! Far out, man!
Keep them coming Annie Seaton, keep them coming. I’m giving this the full five. Full five plus! It’s the best read I’ve had in ages. And believe me, I’m reading some good books
lately.
